Pakistani police arrest 150 Afghan migrants

Pakistani media reported that the country's police, in continuation of the process of arresting and deporting Afghan migrants, have begun arresting more than 16,000 migrants holding citizenship cards (ECCs) in the city of Karachi, and so far more than 150 migrants have been arrested by the Pakistani police for deportation. However, UN experts have called on Pakistan in a press release to stop the process of forcibly expelling Afghans from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and other cities in the country.
